Our on-the-job training means we will pay you to learn our world-class system of making beautiful smiles. As your knowledge base grows, you will earn even more!
Health insurance, health savings account, retirement plan, paid time-off, sick and maternity leave, as well as a performance based bonus are some of the many benefits we offer.
Our hourly pay starts at $16-18/hour for entry-level positions, increasing with expertise. We are constantly looking for ways to pay our people more, as they grow and take on more responsibility.
At Northwest Orthodontics, you will work with a group of caring and talented badasses. We have a blast making our patients’ lives better.
Working at Northwest Orthodontics is more than just a job. Here's what we mean.
Northwest Orthodontics is an equal opportunity employer that works with incredible people all over Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley! We're united by our shared values, and we celebrate our unique differences.
What kind of people work here? All kinds! We hire talented human beings from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. We are committed to creating a work environment of kindness, care, and compassion — both for our patients and one another. Nothing makes us happier than teaching someone, with no background in dentistry or orthodontics, to do something so well that they could move anywhere in the world, and do their job better than anyone else on that team.
None! We provide on-site and on-the-job training and can provide all required dental assisting certifications for your particular position. In our experience, the local dental assisting programs are mostly aimed at preparing people to work in general dentistry and aren’t very helpful for people who want to work in orthodontics.
As long as you are working with us, you will always be training! We are always evolving and learning new and better ways of doing things. We have a 90-day introductory training program that tells us if you will be able to perform at the level we need and expect.
When you are working with us, we pay for all training costs, as well as annual dental assisting registration fees.
