To our NWO family,

These past few days have been disorienting, to say the least. The Northwest Orthodontics team wants to make sure that we are doing everything in our power to protect ourselves, our patients, and Northwest Arkansas during the COVID-19 outbreak.

After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue all non-emergency appointments for this week. We are convinced that this is the best course of action, given what we know right now.

We understand that this is inconvenient and realize how disappointing it is not to have your braces placed or removed when you expect. We hope that this is only a brief delay, and we will work hard to make up for any lost time. As of right now, we are planning on reassessing the situation on Friday to decide about next week. As we advance, we will open up additional patient days in our schedule to take care of everyone as soon as possible. Our team will reach out to reschedule your appointment in the coming days.

We are available for emergencies that require immediate attention. We will also be available to speak by phone during our normal business hours if you need us or have any questions at 479-521-4181.
